I’m not sure if I’m signed up or not?

I totally get this question, I used to have a newsletter and did a couple of other things to try to connect with people, before Jamie’s Crew. Click this link, and enter your information again. My system will know if you’re already a member or not. I’d rather have you in there twice then be missing our opportunity to bond. 😊  

What’s the purpose of joining Jamie’s Crew?

If you’re interested in becoming a member of Swag Bag or Beauty Club, those services are only available to members of my crew. So that’s one reason to sign up. Otherwise, I like to send out weekly and monthly emails that support my crew members with exclusive discounts 💰, tips, 🎥 insider stories and general ideas to positively impact your personal beauty and well being. It’s basically the only way I can really get to know so many incredible people at the same time!

Do I need to pay to be a member of Jamie’s Crew?

Nope, it’s totally FREE and hopefully really fun and valuable. If you follow me on social media, you’re only getting a small piece of me. My crew is getting the whole enchilada. Or in my case, the Humble Indian Curry Bowl from Cafe Gratitude. 😋

How do I join Swag Bag without becoming a member of Jamie’s Crew?

  • You can’t. Sorry homie. This exclusive service is only available to my true ride or die fans, followers, friends, family, BFF’s. It’s for the Beauty Ballers of the world.

What’s the cost of Swag Bag?

  • The current price of the service is $69.95 per month. This includes shipping and handling with Fedex, 2 Day and has a three month minimum.

How is Swag Bag different then other cosmetics subscription boxes?

  • Swag Bag is the anti-subscription box. I’m literally curating this subscription service to be the most exclusive, most amazing service in the cosmetics, skincare and wellness industry for women around the world…or at least USA 🇺🇸 for year one 😋My goal is to help the members of my crew spend the right amount of money on products and services each year, ultimately saving money as well as introducing everyone to the latest and greatest trends. Also, it’s really fun.

When will my bag arrive?

  • If you are already a Swag Bag member, the bags ship on the second Monday, to arrive before the second Friday of every month.

  • If you’re becoming a Swag Bag member, you will join on the1st day of the month during my “Sign up” window and your bag will begin shipping the following month. I know it feels like a long time to wait, but since this isn’t a subscription service that’s available to everyone, my goal is to make each bag supremely EPIC. I’m literally testing everything and curating them to be as unique and exclusive as possible.

  • On occasion, there are elements outside of my control that might hinder my ability to hold these dates. In those cases, I will be sure to communicate them to you and provide relevant updates.

Which month’s bag will I get when I sign up?

You will receive confirmation on your estimated shipping schedule upon completion of your payment. However, the schedule above applies for all members. For example, if you sign up on March 31st, your first bag will be scheduled to arrive on or before May 10th. If you sign up on May 1st, your first bag will be scheduled to arrive on or before June 14th. Etc.

What comes in Jamie’s Swag Bag?

Each Swag Bag will be personally curated by me. It will include the five to seven cosmetics and skincare products that I think you MUST HAVE 💖 ! I have a pretty good idea of what shades, tones, and mixes will work for you. I’m including a fun gift each month that’s trending hard in Hollywood as well. Each bag has a retail value of $150 or more. It’s all full size products and it’s all my favorite items. It’s basically heaven in a cute bag each month on your doorstep!  Also, the first couple bags were valued at $350+ and my goal is to keep that level of value going!!!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in your $69.95 fee. It’s Fedex, it’s two day, there’s a tracking number. The boxes are cute and the packaging will protect your little gems on their way from me to you. There’re other shipping options in the world, but your girl ain’t looking for more headaches 😞. I just want to know you’re getting exactly what I want to send you! 💄 💋 🙏🏼


When will my credit card be charged?

Monthly members will be charged for the first month when you join and will be charged automatically every 30 days from the date you signed up. There’s a three month minimum, so your credit card will be automatically charged until you pause or cancel your membership after the three months.

If you signed up for the Annual option and are making quarterly payments, you will be charged 4 times in one year (every 90 days from the date you signed up). There is a one year minimum, so after 12 months the quarterly payments will continue automatically until you pause or cancel your membership.


Can I cancel my membership?

  • Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However your membership will remain for the original agreed upon term. For example, if you’re an annual member and you cancel after four months, you will still receive the remaining eight bags and your membership will not renew for the following year.

  • To not be billed for the next month's bag, cancel by the last day of the month prior. For example, cancel on or before November 30th to avoid being charged for my January Bag. I require the 30 day notice to avoid ordering your products and confirming your position with another member of Jamie’s Crew on the waiting list.

What if I want to change my shipping address?

  • You can visit the Customer Service page, https://www.jamiemakeup.com/customer-service and submit your request.

  • To ensure your changes are processed in time, be sure to update your information before the end of the month prior to your next bag.


What if I want to change my billing information?

  • You can visit the Customer Service page, http://www.jamiemakeup.com/customer-service and submit your request. We’ll generate a secure link for you to change your information.

  • To ensure your changes are registered in time, be sure to update your information before the end of the month prior to your next bag.


How long will my membership last?

  • As long as you are enrolled in Swag Bag program, we will continue to bill and send you a new Bag each month. If you’re an annual member, your membership will automatically renew on the 11th month of your purchase. Please cancel prior to this date if you no longer wish to be a member. If you’re a monthly member, your membership will automatically renew on the 2nd month of your purchase and remain on a monthly basis until you cancel.


I didn’t like one of the products I received. Can I exchange it?

  • I’ll try to inform you of and introduce you to the best products I come across each month, but I understand that everyone's beauty routine is different. Some products may be a better fit to some more than others, but that's part of the fun and part of the service we’re trying to provide: helping you learn about new products. If a product isn’t to your liking, we encourage you to share it with your friends or family, and hopefully next month's bag will include more products you enjoy! I’m going to be sending a follow-up survey to each bag that will allow you to rate the products and make suggestions on items that you’re dying to see included. If there are colors or shades that you feel didn’t hit the mark, I want to know so I can continue to refine your Swag Bag to be as perfect as possible.

  • Lastly, there are some great forums/resale networks online for exchanging or selling products, and we hope you reach out to other members of Swag Bag or Jamie’s Crew to swap for something you'll love.
